This page allows you to request the permanent deletion of your account for the Revomon app, as published on the Google Play Store. You do not need to have the app installed to submit a request.
Fill in the fields below, then press the button: your email app will open with a pre-filled deletion request addressed to our support team.
You can send your request directly to our support team at the address below, from the email address linked to your account, using the following template:
To: [email protected] Subject: Account deletion request - Revomon Hello, I would like to request the permanent deletion of my Revomon account and all associated personal data. Account email: [your email] In-game username: [your username]
When your deletion request is processed, we permanently delete all data associated with your Revomon account:
No data is retained after your deletion request has been processed. All data associated with your account is permanently deleted.
Note: transactions recorded on public blockchains are not stored by Revomon and cannot technically be deleted by anyone.
We will confirm receipt of your request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days. You may be asked to verify that you own the account before we proceed.
